A distinctive development

This development, designed by architect Paulo Santos, with the seal of Panóplia Urbana, is really different from the existing ones, not only because of the care taken in the detailed selection of materials, finishes and equipment, but also because of the guarantee of the most demanding standards of comfort, quality and energy efficiency. For example, we have ceramic tiles from Margrés, American oak joinery and Nordic oak laminate flooring, sanitary ware and accessories from STROHM, bathroom furniture and protectors from Italbox, kitchens from Class & Formas equipped with top-of-the-line appliances from TEKA, glazing spans from Anicolor in a distinctive tone – champagne –, exteriors with slats and ceramic coating, among other distinctive features. We also highlight the existence of the VMC system – Controlled Mechanical Ventilation, which allows the air inside the house to be permanently renewed, guaranteeing air quality and better thermal comfort inside homes and also the fact that garages are prepared with charging stations for electric vehicles.
